It’s still got some way to go, but it’s beginning to take shape.
Here you can see the new MAC Four-Into-One exhaust system. The muffler still needs to be fitted, but I don’t expect it to be a major hurdle.

…“Quick-Glo” has been around for a long time. It’s a small family company that’s run by the founder and his daughter, at least as far as I understand it.
Quick-Glo is great at removing rust. It did a bang-up job on the chrome side covers. It doesn’t ever require much elbow grease.
I’ve been delaying with installing the main wire harness due to a mild form of PTSD. As I figure out the harness, I’ll be grinding new foot pegs, squaring away the ignition, installing the foot controls, finishing off the exhaust and starting to sand and prime the fuel tank.
